Do I qualify for an account with Dynamic Sports Nutrition?

If you operate a gym, a shop, an established online store, a wholesaler or if you are a licensed personal trainer then you may qualify for an account. Proof of your business and trading history will be required.

Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum order requirement of £150.

How much does shipping cost?

Within UK mainland, shipping is free. If you are outside of the UK mainland then please contact us for details.

How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries take 1-2 working days with our couriers, Parcelforce.

What if my order includes any items that are out of stock?

For the most part this should not occur as our website is integrated with our stock-keeping system. However, if it does, then we would contact you to inform you prior to shipping your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. This can be done by requesting your tracking number from us and then calling Parcelforce on 0844 800 44 66 or visiting www.parcelforce.com.

If my order has not arrived on time, what do I do?

Please let us know by opening a support ticket. We will investigate and get back to you asap.
