Directions

As a dietary supplement, add 3 scoops to 500ml-600ml of cold water. Use a blender or a hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 1-2 servings daily (servings may be halved).

Important: persons under 80kg’s - Have 2 servings per day for the first 5 days and only 1 serving per day there-after.

    tastes great and a nice 4kg tub of the stuff. Ive used a few different types or protein to bulk in size and strength but this is the dogs b*llocks huge gains in strength and muscle mass. highly recommended (Posted on 06/12/2012)

    Fantastic results from this. Started on 2 scoops post workout and built up to 3 after about a week. Strength went through the roof, muscles got harder and my 6 pack started coming through after about 3 weeks! Tastes great too.

    I'd stack this year round because you can get everything you need in there, just alter the dose to suit your body and need!
