Great pre-workout supplement Review by Ross
Quality Results Taste Price Value I purchased this item to start getting more from my workouts, this honestly works. I find taking around 2.5/3 scoops to 300/350ml of water is the ideal dosage for myself. I purchased blue raspberry as recommended by a friend, it is very sweet and sometimes difficult to neck, but once you get over the initial taste, it becomes bearable. I'm going to try all of the flavours & will put up another post at a later date saying which one tastes the best to me. Strongly recommend taking this half an hour before a workout, you get the full benefit from this once it's through your system rather than taking it in the changing rooms. Great product that really works. Only con is that I find it I take this and do not have a full hard workout, I can get a bit short tempered, but this is avoided providing I push myself in the gym & this product certainly keeps you going. Quality Results Taste Price Value Bought this a while ago to start getting more from my workouts. At first, I took 1 measure to 300ml water, didn't feel much of a buzz, since then I upped to dosage to 2.5/3 scoops per 300/350ml water & the buzz I get is crazy! I purchased the blue raspberry flavour as recommended by a friend, it is very sweet and sometimes difficult to neck, but once you get over the initial taste it becomes bearable. I'm going to try different flavours to see what one is best. Also strongly recommend taking this about half an hour before a workout, ideal for myself as it takes around half an hour for me to leave my desk & get to the gym from my work. Strongly recommend this to anyone looking to get more from their workout. Only downside to this product is that if you don't get a full hard workout, I sometimes get a bit short tempered, but this is avoided if I leave the gym knackered. (Posted on 26/06/2012)
